As the CEO, I work hard to maintain my continuing professional development which complements my companys’ ethical policy which remains the same as envisioned when I tarted the business in 2005 and is clearly shown on this web site with the full commitment to live up to the lofty ideals I had when I started out on my own. 

As mentioned in earlier pages, I have developed and successfully marketed my ‘One Stop Shop Bespoke Health and Safety File(s) system’. This was developed to try as far as practicable to give small businesses of over five employees or more,  the comfort of being compliant with the laws, regulations and guidelines that are enshrined in the Health and Safety Act 1974 together with all of the appendant regulations contained there in.

My unique system covers the following points:- 

• Formulating a Template containing a bespoke written Health and Safety Policy   Statement for the Company
• Formulating a Template containing a bespoke written Company Environmental Policy and developing an Action Plan for moving Net Zero Carbon
• Personal one to one Coaching of the Responsible Person in the Company, usually the MD or CEO in matters of how to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
• Creation of a bespoke Company Health and Safety File system with Template and Documents covering the MD/CEO responsibilities with regards to Compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
