We have forged a positive long-term relationship with Dennis Doman the CEO of Consultme 4 EBM Limited over the past 11 years from 2007 when we needed help to deliver an up-skilling programme in the Activated Sludge process of treatment and its control in Waste Water treatment plants throughout Scotland for Scottish Water.

Since this first programme in 2007, Dennis and his team at EBM have been our go to associates in the field of providing both Water and Waste Water Treatment and Operational training and assessment packages for major Water and Waste Water Companies in the UK; namely Thames Water, Northumbrian Water, Yorkshire     Water, Scottish Water and most recently Southern Water.

EBM have also provided similar training and assessment packages for Yorkshire Water with more emphasis on Environmental control which includes Trade Effluent management and control. EBM have designed and delivered          up-skilling Water and Waste Water treatment operations training with coaching for companies such as General Motors at Elsmere Port, the USAF and MOD staff at bases such as RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, RAF Alconbury, most recently at RAF Fairford and not forgetting helping EDF and their partners Workplace solutions provided by Engie both upskilling training, and bespoke coaching with City and Guilds approved  assessment to test for Competency at their   on-site Activated Sludge treatment plant Located at Hinkley Point site B which is monitored closely by the Environment   Agency. 

 Their CEO Dennis have also provided many 2-day training and assessment package sponsored by British Water for the maintenance and operation of small package sewage treatment plants to many smaller companies and individuals who want to attend an approved industry course giving consumers of this type of service some sense of employing those who have attended and been successful in passing the end of course assessment of competence which is overseen and administered by British Water.

Due to increasing volumes of work in the field of Legionella control and management, Dennis has recently been helping been engaged to help myself and the team delivery high quality and approved training and assessment modules my team which we at Develop have successfully developed and refined over many years now.

We have greatly valued the partnership we and Dennis have developed over years, and we wish him and EBM well in his new venture where he developing a bespoke Training programmes with Competency assessments and personal coaching in the Utility sector focusing on Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations which will include elements of Legionella training and assessment and site risk assessments.
